Shipping

In-stock items like stickers ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items — apparel, hats, posters, canvas, blankets, phone cases, puzzles — take 2–5 business days to print and pack before they ship. Framed posters and large canvas prints are built by hand and sit at the longer end of that range.

Once your order ships, transit takes 3–6 business days. Counting production, most orders arrive 7–12 days after you place them. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when each package ships.

Orders with more than one item often ship in separate boxes from different print facilities, so you may get more than one tracking number and more than one arrival date. If a box shows up without everything in it, the rest is still on its way.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return most items. Exchanges are free and we cover shipping in both directions.

Holiday orders get longer. Anything ordered between November 1 and December 24 can be returned or exchanged through January 15, so a gift isn't stuck in a window that closed before it was opened.

Items need to come back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Framed prints, oversized canvas, and custom orders work a little differently. The full details are in our Return and Exchange Policy.

How these are measured. Chest width is the garment measured flat from one side to the other, so double it to compare against your own chest measurement. Length runs from the high point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

Hoodies are meant to layer, so if you are between sizes or plan to wear something underneath, size up. Email contact@mtns.co if you want a second opinion.

Ring-spun cotton blend with a three-panel hood.

Our resort logo hoodie is a warm layer for the mountain and everything after it. It's made from a 65% ring-spun cotton, 35% polyester blend that's soft, comfortable and durable, with a three-panel hood for extra warmth and matching flat drawstrings.

A front pouch pocket keeps your hands warm and your phone close, and a self-fabric patch on the back adds a clean finishing detail. This hoodie runs small, so we recommend ordering one size up. Check the size guide for exact measurements.

Crested Butte Mountain Resort sits at the end of the road in central Colorado's Elk Mountains — and that remoteness is the point. With 1,547 acres, 16 lifts, and 300 inches of average annual snowfall, Crested Butte has long been known for some of the steepest inbounds terrain in North America. The peak elevation of 12,162 feet feeds a mountain face that drops sharply into everything from technical chutes to wide-open intermediate runs, all with a peak-to-base vertical of over 2,700 feet.

The town of Crested Butte started as a coal mining camp in the 1880s, and the ski area opened in 1961 on the north face of the mountain above town. For decades it stayed independently owned and deliberately uncommercial, earning the nickname the Last Great Colorado Ski Town. The Muellers — who also ran Okemo in Vermont — purchased it in 2004, and Vail Resorts acquired Crested Butte in 2018 as part of the same deal that brought Okemo and Mount Sunapee into the Epic Pass family.

What makes Crested Butte different is the terrain mix. The North Face and Extreme Limits zones deliver some of the most challenging lift-served skiing anywhere — tight chutes, cliff bands, and mandatory air that have made CB a proving ground for generations of freeskiers. But the lower and mid-mountain offer genuine intermediate terrain, and the town itself — a designated National Historic District with painted Victorians lining Elk Avenue — has a personality that destination resorts spend millions trying to manufacture. Mtns Co carries Crested Butte gear for people who know that the best ski towns are the ones you have to go out of your way to reach.
