Shipping Policy
At mtns.co, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your purchases.
Processing Time
• Made-to-Order Products: Some of our products are made to order and require up to 5 business days to process before they are shipped.
• In-Stock Items: These items are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping (1 - 7 Business Days):
• Express Shipping (1 - 2 Business Days):
• Orders Over $75: Free express shipping is automatically applied.
• Orders Under $75: Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
• Please note that UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses by default. If you need to ship to a PO Box, use your POs procedure to ensure all carriers know how to get it to the post office.
Shipping Carriers
• We utilize USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver your orders, choosing the most efficient carrier based on your address.
Important Notes
• Shipping Speed vs. Processing Time: The selected shipping speed refers only to the transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. It does not affect the processing time for made-to-order items.
• Expedited Processing: We do not offer expedited processing for made-to-order items at this time.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery of your package.
Customs and Duties (For Canadian Orders)
• Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• mtns.co is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your order has not been received or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@mtns.com within 48 hours of the tracking status indicating delivery.
• For lost or missing packages, notify us promptly so we can assist in locating your order.
• For damaged items, please include relevant photographs in your email, showing both the damage and the shipping label in the same image.
• We will work diligently to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
