Risk-Free Exchanges and Returns

Don't stress. If you aren't totally sure about sizing or style, do your best, and we will give you 15 after delivery (according to tracking) to exchange at no cost. Exchanges are completely free, and don't require you to pay for shipping.

To start an exchange, you'll need to use the email or phone number to pull up your order details here.

Once you've verified your order credentials, the site will guide you through a user-friendly process of choosing replacement products for your exchange, and/or getting a full refund for the cost of the item(s) in the form of a store credit.

If you'd like a cash refund to your original form of payment, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label (usually $3 - $8 using our prepaid label).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the case that your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect we will make a priority to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. For such issues, please fill out the form here.

Important: Before sending us an email, please take a moment to document the issue as clearly as possible through some quick photos with your phone, as we will need to verify the issue. Sending us images that accurately show the following details will speed up the turn around time:

  • The damage or issue with the product
  • The label on the package, confirming the issue order number
  • Any and all damage, including to the shipping box, product, or otherwise
