The hanging mechanism is frustrating and difficult to hang I ended up taking it to a framer to have a wire put across to hang 1000% easier

Were kinda uncommunicative until I randomly received a tracking number in my email inbox 3 weeks after purchase (I sent a follow up email, never got a response.) Did arrive eventually though. Quality was top notch, exactly what I expected to buy; so, beyond the initial uncertainty period, am very satisfied with my purchase.
My poster of Whistler Blackcomb arrived in pristine condition, rolled and shipped in a triangular box. The printing colours look amazing on the high quality paper. I framed it in an inexpensive frame from a Swedish furniture store and it looks impressive.
We ordered this for a rental unit in Vail, and the canvas ski map looks so amazing on the wall! We ordered an oversized map, and we can imagine guests reviewing the map to see what runs they skied and plan their next adventures. We love it!

Took far too long for the order to be processed, shipping took a long time as well. Blanket wasn’t wrapped in anything within the plastic packing sleeve. I wouldn’t order from here again.

You are the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. No one will answer your phone or respond to multiple emails. Your online ordering interface is total crap. Who would buy three times the same shirt. When I call immediately to try to cancel, no one would even pick up the phone. Even if you didn’t want to cancel, you could’ve packaged them all in one order to ship in the same thing but no, no one will pick up the phone. I did have challenges using the ordering interface. When I recognized the error and reached out to the company - by email (Vail Phone number goes no where) no response. The bottom line is that only after I received an automated request to post a review - (which I did, and it was over the top and apparently insulting to the business) then the owner did ultimately make things right…
