Ordering
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major forms of credit cards, as well as online wallets like google pay, amazon pay, and more.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We will gladly cancel or change your order if we receive the request before it ships or begins processing. You must contact us immediately at contact@mtns.co with the details or your request.
Please note that we make every effort to make and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been started, it can be impossible for us to cancel or change it. If this is the case, we can always take a return once you receive the product.
Can I order products from resorts that aren't on your website?
Generally, no. We can only make products for ski resorts that we have licensing agreements with, or expressed permission from the resort.
Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the product and configuration.
How much does shipping cost?
All products ship for free on orders over $40. Orders under $40 will generally cost between $3 and $8. Please note that free shipping for certain products may not be available for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
For some products, yes we can offer expedited shipping. If available, you will be able to select it in she shipping options at checkout.
Exchanges and Returns
My product arrived damaged, what now?
We are so sorry if this happens! We will help resolve this immediately.
Please take pictures of the damage, packaging, and include the label, and send them to contact@mtns.co.
How can I return my order for a refund?
To start a return, please go to the account page and login.
Even if you didn't create an account you will still be able to use your email associated with your order in order to start a return.
Once in your account, you can open your order and create a return.
