Tracking and Third-Party Services

This page adds detail to our Privacy Policy. It names the specific services we use to run the store and explains what each one collects. The Privacy Policy explains your rights and how to exercise them.

Analytics and session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people actually use the site, so we can find pages that are broken, slow, or confusing. Clarity records how you interact with our pages, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, the pages you view, and your approximate location, browser, and device. It can assemble these into session replays and heatmaps that we review in aggregate.

Clarity is configured to mask text entered into form fields, so what you type into a form is not captured in a replay. We never use session data to identify individual visitors, and we do not use it for advertising.

We also use Shopify's built-in analytics and Onspruce Cart Insights to understand orders and cart behavior in aggregate.

Email and text messaging

Klaviyo handles our email and SMS marketing. If you sign up, subscribe at checkout, or enter an email address in a form on our site, Klaviyo stores your contact details, your order history with us, and which of our emails you open and click. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it, or reply STOP to any text.

Reviews

Loox collects and displays product reviews. If you leave a review, Loox stores the review text, any photo you upload, and the first name and last initial we display alongside it.

Fulfillment and printing

Almost everything we sell is printed after you order, which means your shipping details go to the facility that makes your item.

Printful receives your name, shipping address, and order contents to print and ship most apparel, hats, posters, canvas, blankets, cases, and puzzles.
Art to Frames receives the same information for framed prints.
Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL, and regional carriers) receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver the package.

These companies use your information to fulfill your order, not for their own marketing.

Advertising

We use Shopify Audiences and the Google and YouTube channel to reach people who may be interested in licensed resort gear. These services may receive identifiers about your visit so our ads can be shown to relevant audiences. This is the activity most state privacy laws call "targeted advertising" or "sharing," and you can opt out of it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers you choose at checkout, including PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

How to opt out

Use our Your Privacy Choices page to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising.
Adjust or withdraw your cookie and tracking consent using the privacy banner on our site.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and many support a Global Privacy Control signal that we honor.
