You are the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. No one will answer your phone or respond to multiple emails. Your online ordering interface is total crap. Who would buy three times the same shirt. When I call immediately to try to cancel, no one would even pick up the phone. Even if you didn’t want to cancel, you could’ve packaged them all in one order to ship in the same thing but no, no one will pick up the phone.
I did have challenges using the ordering interface. When I recognized the error and reached out to the company - by email (Vail Phone number goes no where) no response. The bottom line is that only after I received an automated request to post a review - (which I did, and it was over the top and apparently insulting to the business) then the owner did ultimately make things right…

Size of shirt after washing is not good. I wear a L or XL in every other shirt I own. After washing these XL shirts they don't even fit right and I likely won't wear them.
